The same two rooms, the same catering and bar service, for whatever you are marking. Engagement parties and rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and retirement dinners, holiday parties, micro-weddings, fund-raisers and civic gatherings.
The inclusions are the same either way: hosted bar packages and catering in-house at 128 South or from the preferred caterer list at Bakery 105.

4,500 sq ft of exposed brick, wood ceilings and steel girders, plus a 3,500 sq ft garden courtyard. Step-free access indoors and out, and your pick from the preferred caterer list.
